We know you're keen to get on the water. All orders are processed and dispatched from our facility within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We utilize Australia Post and reliable courier partners to ensure your gear arrives in perfect condition. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Standard Shipping (Australia-Wide): Flat rate of $9.95 AUD. Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days.
• Express Shipping (Australia-Wide): $19.95 AUD. Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days.
• Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $150 AUD.

Please note: Delivery times for Regional NSW and remote areas may take an additional 1–2 business days depending on carrier volume.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking number. You can use this link to follow your parcel’s journey directly to your door.

Lost or Damaged Items

While we take great care in packaging your tackle and gear, accidents during transit can occasionally happen. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery notification. Retain all original packaging, as this may be required for a claim with our shipping provider.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Australia. We apologize for any inconvenience to our international customers.
