Returns & Refund Policy

At Central Coast Fishing Experts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your gear, we’re here to help.


30-Day Return Window

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition that you received them.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Email us at info@centralcoastfishingexperts.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send the item.
  3. Pack the items securely and ship them back to our warehouse. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Under Australian Consumer Law, if an item is faulty, wrongly described, or different from the sample shown, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement. If your gear arrives damaged, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will resolve the issue as a priority.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.


Exceptions

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards.
  • Personalized or custom-ordered gear.
  • Used or damaged items not attributed to shipping defects.
